Get Ready for the Battle in Boston!
Gymnasts from all levels of the Dev & Xcel programs will compete at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston, MA from Feb 20th – 23rd. This high energy, fun-filled competition will feature level and team competition for both programs. In addition, it will feature preliminary rounds for the “Throne Event Finals”, and gyms will have the opportunity to enter the “Battle Royal Team Finals”. We are excited to share that the event finals will feature every level in the Dev & Xcel programs.
This meet will not only WOW your gymnasts, but provide an exciting, historic destination spot for your families!
Opening Battles!
Qualifying rounds for Individual event finals will take place Thursday afternoon through Saturday with medals awarded for each event and the All Around in each appropriate age division.
Three gyms will run simultaneously all weekend, with one of them featuring arena seating above the competition floor. Every participating gymnast receives a custom gift, and don’t forget to continue checking back on the website for some exciting updates coming soon!
Battle for the Throne Event Finals!
At least the top 10 juniors and seniors, in every level for each program, will qualify for event finals, based on their scores during their regular competition. Those numbers may grow even deeper depending on the number of participants competing. Qualifiers, or princesses, will do battle to triumph and be crowned Queen of each event, receiving a tiara as well as a beautiful, gemmed pendant! The coach who helped produce the Queen will take home a $50 cash prize. The Queen and her coach will each walk the red carpet as they ascend to the throne and be cheered on as they are coronated as the Queen. Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 finishers!
Battle Royal Team Finals!
The team finals will feature 5 groupings with 4 scores counting for the team total. In essence 4 up and 4 count! Winning teams will be honored in each group. Currently, there will be 15 team slots in each of the 5 team competitions. So be sure to register for these special team finals, as groups will fill!

This is a USAG sanctioned event.
Fees
- The registration fee per athlete is $165. Space permitting, if you register an athlete after the date December 15th, the late registration fee is $175 per athlete. Late registration deadline is January 19th, 2025. The cost per team is $60.
- An athlete’s registration fee of $165 also includes their Event Final competition if they qualify.
- For each Team Final a gym registers for, there is a $65 single charge per Team Final. For example, if a team registers a compulsory team, and an XCEL team, the gym will pay 2 Team Final fees of $65, totaling $130.
- Important deadline Message: Event may be filled prior to the listed deadlines, at which registration will close at that time.
- Full refunds will be issued up until the December 15th , 2024 deadline, minus the deposit fee of minimum $100 per level of entry. Deposits are due at the time of registration.
- Substitutions will be accepted until January 19th, 2025.
- If your athlete suffers an injury, you may receive a 50% refund with a doctors note, or roster substitution, through January 19th, 2025.
- All reservations are completed through USAG meet reservations.
- Schedules and rotations are TBD. Final schedules and rotations will be posted by January 24th , 2025.
- Parents and spectators will need to contact their gyms for all scheduling information for their athlete.

Gate fee: $25
Children 5 yrs old and under: FREE
Veterans, seniors (65yrs and up), and children under the age of 10: $15
Event Pass for all days: $60
Travel/Delays
We encourage families to arrive in the area a day prior to the competition. We will make every effort to accommodate an athlete who arrives after their session. If your travel is delayed or canceled to the point where you miss the competition, no refund will be issued, however, a gym may receive a discounted rate for 2026.
