Get Ready for the Battle in Boston 2026!

Fees:

  • The registration fee per athlete is $165.  Registration ends November 30th, 2025.  Space permitting, if you register an athlete after the date November 30th, the late registration fee is $175 per athlete.  
    Late registration deadline is January 17th, 2026. 
  • Once registration has ended on USAG meet reservations, you may email Jenn at BattleInBoston@gmail.com if you need to enter or change athletes.  Space permitting, we will always try to accommodate your gym’s needs.  We understand enrollments and rosters change!
  • Team fees are $60 per level (3 athletes per level create a team)
  • Important deadline Message: Event may be filled prior to the listed deadlines, at which registration will close at that time.
  • Full refunds will be issued up until the November 2nd, 2025 deadline, minus the deposit fee of minimum $100 per level of entry. Deposits are due at the time of registration.
  • Substitutions will be accepted until January 17th, 2026.
  • If your athlete suffers an injury, you may receive a 50% refund with a doctor’s note, or roster substitution, through January 17th, 2026.
  • All reservations are completed through USAG meet reservations.
  • NGA registrations are through the NGA site, or a registration form sent to Jenn at BattleInBoston@gmail.com.
  • Schedules and rotations are TBD.  Tentative schedules will be sent by Dec 13th, 2025. Final schedules and rotations will be posted by January 19th, 2026.
  • Parents and spectators will need to contact their gyms for all scheduling information for their athlete.

Gate Fees:

Gate fee: $25
Children 5 yrs old and under: FREE
Veterans, seniors (65yrs and up), and children under the age of 10: $15

The Royal Team Battle! 
Back and better than ever!

The Royal Team Battle will allow an exciting, fun, and “fierce” way to have your athletes compete together in a unique way!  You will be able to have 4 kids from L3-L10, and XS – XSA per team.  If you are an NGA team, it’s the same process. Here’s how it works!

  • You can enter more than 1 team.  
  • Come up with a fun name for each team!
  • Each team will consist of a mixture of 4 athletes.  They do not need to be at the same level!  Believe it or not, it ends up working wonderfully.  So, you could have an XG, L4, L8, XSA on 1 team.  You could also have a team made up of 4 L7’s. 
  • It is an amazing way for team members who don’t work & compete together to have fun and bond!  And remember – everyone must execute!
  • So, it’s 4 up to compete and 4 scores count!  The team with the highest total score wins!  
  • There will be special awards for the top teams, and of course, bragging rights!
  • Each team entered is $60, and please email Jenn at BattleInBoston@gmail.com with your Battle Teams.

Travel/Delays

We encourage families to arrive in the area a day prior to the competition. We will make every effort to accommodate an athlete who arrives after their session. If your travel is delayed or canceled to the point where you miss the competition, no refund will be issued, however, a gym may receive a discounted rate for 2027.
